Mixed non-ferrous metal fractions accumulate at all waste and metal processors. According to the current state of the art, they are almost exclusively separated into the fractions “light” (aluminium and magnesium) and “heavy” (copper, brass, zinc, etc.) using float-sink plants. This heavy fraction is then usually sold to Asia and re-sorted manually. In Europe, these valuable resources are lost and then have to be bought back at high cost as high-value end products.

PreZero Pyral has a revolutionary non-ferrous metal sorting system. The specially developed plant can identify and sort any type of metal. An infinite range of different metal types can be identified simultaneously and sorted directly. If required, this plant can also process alloy types. This automated process is unique.
